Each 2019 Polaris Brutus model is equipped with a 24-horsepower diesel engine with hydrostatic transmission. A treadle pedal allows traveling forward or backward without shifting gears, giving what Polaris calls an ideal setup for commercial applications. In addition, the Brutus vehicle provides a six-inch suspension and comes with On-Demand True All-Wheel Drive and hydraulic power steering.
Polaris Brutus De Deion Rear Suspension Multi-link coil over De Deion rear suspension is designed to minimize sag suspension under heavy loads. Of particular note is the multi-link coil over De Deion’s rear suspension, which makes its first appearance in a side-by-side utility vehicle. The rear suspension supports a 1.250-pound cargo capacity and minimizes sag suspension when fully charged. The suspension also maintains a ground level of 10 inches as it travels with a capacity of 2,000 pounds of Brutus front-class pullers. Rear pallet-sized cargo boxes can accommodate 1,250 pounds and are equipped with an exclusive Polaris Lock & Ride cargo system. Stoppage of electric cargo is available as an option on the Brutus basis and comes standard on Brutus HD and Brutus HDPTO.
The Pro-Tach attachment system comes standard in Brutus HD and Brutus HDPTO, allowing the operator the ability to convert from one attachment to the next attachment quickly and easily. A front-end mechanical PTO comes standard on the Brutus HDPTO and is available as an option on Brutus HD. Polaris already has three PTO-powered attachments – angle brooms, end cutting machines and snow blowers – and three hydraulically powered attachments – snow blades, pallet forks and bucket material – allowing users to sweep, cut, blow, pick, plow and reach with just one machine.

Brutus, Brutus HD and Brutus HDPTO are now available for ordering through selected Polaris dealerships with delivery starting in April.
